Payment may be made by cash, UPI, mobile payment apps, debit/credit cards, or any method accepted in-store.

You will receive a receipt for every purchase made.

Orders placed through RCS, SMS, or phone calls will be confirmed only after payment and availability verification.

  1. Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery services (if offered) are available within specified local areas around Upper Bazar, Ranchi.

Delivery time and charges may vary depending on distance, product type, and quantity.

Customers must ensure correct delivery details; Kaushik Bhandar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  1. Returns and Replacements

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items at the time of purchase or delivery.

Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase/delivery along with a valid receipt.

Perishable and opened items are not eligible for return or replacement unless defective.

While we strive to ensure all information about our products is accurate, minor variations in packaging, labeling, or pricing may occur.
Kaushik Bhandar reserves the right to update or discontinue products without notice.
